Since 1951 the Babcock Hall Dairy Plant has been producing a wide variety of award-winning cheeses. We currently offer 23 flavors of cheese and they are all made by our student production interns with the guidance of Master Cheesemaker, Gary Grossen.
We only ship packages Monday and Tuesday of each week.
